Some things I’ve been watching, reading, listening to

Besides reading and watching my phone, I’ve been really into a couple things like:

• The Scott Pilgrim anime and thinking about Toronto in the early 2000s

• Paying too much money for Nintendo Switch games that I barely play

• Queer subtext in X-Men comic books

• Overtly queer content in X-Men comic books

• The Philadelphia Phillies, specifically their Budweiser celebrations

• Watching hockey and actually giving a shit

• Going to parties as a former party boy and having people explain the Who’s Who, unaware I was here long before them

• Watching Drag Race UK and wishing Vancouver had a couple cabaret spaces I could really do my thing in

• Patti LaBelle’s discography (as usual)

• Stretching in the morning

• Not drinking coffee

• Candles (formerly a hatetress)
